➤ It is recommended that the visa application be submitted at least two weeks before the date of entry. If the application is submitted less than two weeks before the date of entry and there is a problem with the application process that prevents the system from issuing the visa, an additional fee will be charged for expedited processing, for urgent cases please contact Chaoviet. ➤ After purchasing the visa application service, please contact Chaoviet and provide your order number, headshot photo, passport photo, and required application documents. The application will be sent out to process once Chaoviet confirms that the required materials are correct. ➤ Visa applications cannot be refunded once submitted. Important Booking Information
➤ The half-page passport photo must be clear, without cut-off corners or glare. If you are unable to take a satisfactory photo with your phone, you can scan it in color and transfer the scanned PDF to Chaoviet. ➤ The headshot must have a white background. If taken with a phone, the photo must be clear and show no obvious signs of photocopying. Furthermore, the headshot photo provided must not differ significantly from the passport photo. Chaoviet will use the built-in AI in the Vietnam visa application system to compare the photo. If the system determines that it is a copy or the similarity is less than 70%, Chaoviet will request a new photo to avoid application rejection. If the application is still rejected, the application fee will be charged again.
