1. Your Relationship with Chaoviet Travel
1.1 These Terms of Use govern your use of the Chaoviet Travel Platform (chaoviettravel.rezio.shop) and any other online or offline services we provide, as well as your travel purchases through Chaoviet Travel (collectively, the "Chaoviet Travel Services").
1.2 These Terms of Use constitute a binding contract between you and Chaoviet Travel. By using Chaoviet Travel's services, you are subject to any additional terms and conditions associated with the services, as updated from time to time, and Chaoviet Travel's Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.

2. Chaoviet Travel's Services
2.1 Chaoviet Travel's services provide you with an easy and convenient way to purchase tours, transfers, tickets, and other travel experiences offered by Chaoviet Travel or our partner third-party suppliers ("Suppliers") through the Chaoviet Travel platform. You understand and agree that the specific services you purchase are for personal use only and not for commercial purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you also agree that we reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate any of our services from time to time, impose restrictions, limitations, or amend the terms of any service, or restrict your use of some or all of our services without prior notice. 2.2 You may be required to pay fees to suppliers for using our services, and you will be required to abide by their terms and conditions. You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for these fees and agree to pay them and abide by their terms and conditions.
2.3 We will make every effort to maintain the availability of our services and the platform, but we do not guarantee that they will always function properly or be unaffected by external factors. You agree that we have the right to deny you access to the platform or use our services, and you also agree that we have the right to change, suspend, interrupt, or terminate our services, website, or platform.

3. Platform Content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we assume no liability to you for any Platform Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in the Platform Content. You will be solely responsible for any damages or losses incurred by any person as a result of your use or access of Platform Content.
3.3 You understand and agree that when you use or access Platform Content, we may not be able to know the identities of other third-party users with whom you may interact, or to predict or control their behavior. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of the content, information, or data provided by other third-party users on the Chaoviet Travel Platform.

4. Information You Provide
4.1 You agree and authorize us to use your personal information in accordance with Chaoviet Travel's Privacy Policy.
4.2 To collect your feedback and improve Chaoviet Travel's services, you agree to accept traveler review invitations via text messages, emails, or on the Chaoviet Travel Platform. You may decide whether to submit a traveler review. Once we receive your traveler review, we have the right (but not the obligation) to upload it to the relevant page of the Chaoviet Travel platform to share and publicly share your service satisfaction and opinions. You must ensure that your traveler review is not misleading and does not contain inappropriate, defamatory, threatening, abusive, or other offensive language. It should not include personal information about you or other third parties, content that is not a traveler review, or other content that violates any law or regulation. 4.3 You understand and agree that when you use Chaoviet Travel's services, the traveler reviews you provide, including but not limited to text, photos, images, and videos, may be used by Chaoviet Travel, its suppliers, or users of the Chaoviet Travel platform, regardless of whether such traveler reviews comply with relevant intellectual property laws and meet copyright requirements. Therefore, by providing traveler reviews to Chaoviet Travel, you irrevocably grant: (a) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to Chaoviet Travel or its suppliers to reproduce, re-edit, excerpt, modify, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise use such reviews, including but not limited to promotional use in any media formats and through any media channels; and (b) a non-exclusive license to users of the Chaoviet Travel platform to access, use, reproduce, create derivative works from, and otherwise make fair use of such reviews through the Chaoviet Travel platform for non-commercial purposes. However, your authorization does not affect your ownership of the information you provide, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4.4 You warrant that all information you provide (including but not limited to text, photos, images, and videos) does not violate any laws or regulations, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that Chaoviet Travel's use of such information will not infringe the rights of any third party. You understand that you are solely responsible for all information you provide, and Chaoviet Travel assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions therein.
4.5 You expressly agree that we may remove any information you provide from the Chaoviet Travel Platform at any time at our sole discretion.

5. Your Commitment
5.1 You shall use Chaoviet Travel's services or the Chaoviet Travel Platform solely and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You shall bear sole legal responsibility for all actions you take while using Chaoviet Travel's services or the Chaoviet Travel Platform. 5.2 You agree to the following:
(a) You will not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, or publicly broadcast any part of the Services without our prior written authorization, including but not limited to any of the following actions without our prior express consent: (i) modifying, defacing, or circumventing any licensed software used in any of the Services; and (ii) using any trademarks, service marks, design marks, photos, or other content belonging to us or obtained from the Services.
(b) You will not circumvent, undermine, or interfere with any security measures used to control access to the Services, access or mine content from the Services, or use the Services in any manner inconsistent with your personal use.
(c) Except as permitted by these Terms of Use or other rules, you will not perform, cause, permit, or authorize the translation, reverse engineering, disassembly, or hacking of any aspect of the Services (including any content accessible through the Services), or attempt any of the foregoing, or attempt to use any part of the Services other than as designed. (d) Unless we enable embedding of our services or service content, you may not use, display, simulate, frame, or utilize framing techniques to expose our services (including any portion accessible through our services) through other applications or websites. You may not access, damage, or use undisclosed areas of our services, our computer systems and equipment (and our hosting company), or the technical reception systems of our internet service providers.

(f) You may not harass, insult, harm, or support the harassment, insult, or harm of any other individual or group (including our employees or other users).

6. Order Confirmation and Refund Policy
6.1 Through the Chaoviet Travel Platform, you can purchase tours, transfers, tickets, and other travel experience-related services provided by Chaoviet Travel or its suppliers in a specific currency. Some orders are immediately confirmed upon order placement, while others are subject to confirmation by Chaoviet Travel or its suppliers. You agree to receive notification of successful bookings via SMS, email, or mobile app. You understand and agree that the timelines for responding to booking results stated on the Chaoviet Travel Platform are for reference only. You also agree that the time it takes for us to confirm your booking is subject to change based on actual circumstances.
6.2 Chaoviet Travel reserves the right to change or adjust the prices and fees of tour itineraries, transfers, tickets, and other travel experience-related services provided by Chaoviet Travel or its suppliers at any time. Changes may be announced via SMS, email, website, or mobile app. Your use of Chaoviet Travel's services after such notification constitutes your agreement and acceptance of the changed prices and fees.
6.3 You agree that Chaoviet Travel may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any booking or order that violates these Terms of Use.
6.4 You agree that you must pay for your order using a payment method accepted by us. You understand and agree that we have no obligation to process or fulfill your order until you complete payment in accordance with our instructions. Except as otherwise provided in these Terms of Use, all amounts paid for your order are non-refundable. 6.5 If the services you purchase are provided by a supplier other than Chaoviet Travel, the supplier will independently accept or reject your reservation or order and will be responsible for providing all related services. If you have any questions about a supplier's services, you should first contact the supplier for direct information. However, you may also contact Chaoviet Travel, and we will attempt to resolve the issue with the supplier.
6.6 You understand and agree that any supplier's services may incur additional taxes or fees depending on the circumstances, and you may be obligated to pay any such fees directly to the supplier or tax authorities. Although we request suppliers to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information on the terms and conditions, prices, and other information regarding their services, Chaoviet Travel cannot guarantee that all content displayed on the Chaoviet Travel Platform is accurate at all times. If your order is cancelled by a supplier, Chaoviet Travel will notify you promptly and by reasonable means. 6.7 If you cancel your reservation by contacting us or the supplier within the cancellation period stated on the Chaoviet Travel Platform at the time of booking, the amount you paid will be refunded to you using the same payment method after your cancellation is successful and we have notified you, or if the service you purchased is cancelled in accordance with the terms and restrictions set by us or the supplier. You fully understand and agree that the refund amount you may receive may differ from the original payment amount due to exchange rates or credit card or payment processing fees.
6.8 How to Use an e-Voucher
6.8.1 If you purchase tours, transfers, tickets, or other travel experience-related services through the Chaoviet Travel Platform, after your reservation is successfully made, in addition to providing a physical ticket or other circumstances, you will receive a text message or email confirming your order. This will include your order number and an e-voucher commemorating the services you purchased (the "E-Voucher"). You can print your e-voucher for your own use. 6.8.2 You understand and agree that you must comply with any additional terms and restrictions imposed by Chaoviet Travel or the supplier regarding the use of the e-voucher, including but not limited to: you must appear in person and on time at the designated meeting point designated by Chaoviet Travel or the supplier within the validity period of the e-voucher and present any documents or information requested by Chaoviet Travel or the supplier (such as photo identification, your order number, and your e-voucher). If you fail to comply with the terms and restrictions imposed by Chaoviet Travel or the supplier, you may not be able to redeem the services represented by the e-voucher or request a refund.
6.8.3 You understand and agree that if your e-voucher or order number is lost or stolen, Chaoviet Travel or the supplier has no obligation to reissue the e-voucher or provide you with the services represented by the e-voucher. Furthermore, if you attempt to redeem a voucher unlawfully, for example, if you are under the legal age to use the services represented by the e-voucher, Chaoviet Travel or the supplier may refuse to accept your e-voucher and no refund will be given.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 You understand that Platform Content may be provided by suppliers and agree that we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of Platform Content. You agree not to hold us responsible for any Platform Content provided by suppliers.
7.2 You agree that any communications you send or transmit to the Chaoviet Travel Platform are not confidential and that your communications may be read or intercepted by others. You understand and acknowledge that no confidential, fiduciary, or other legal relationship of a cooperative nature is established between you and us.
7.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that Chaoviet Travel and our directors, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting from your breach of these Terms of Use, your use of the Chaoviet Travel Platform, or any other negligence.
7.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that if you are dissatisfied with our services, your sole remedy against us is to discontinue using our services. If we have any liability to you under any circumstances, our liability will be limited to the total fees you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the initial claim.

8. Indemnification
8.1 You will indemnify and hold harmless Chaoviet Travel and our directors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims brought by third parties arising out of any breach of these Terms of Use or infringement of the intellectual property or other rights of any third party by you or anyone using your Chaoviet Travel account while accessing the Chaoviet Travel Platform or using Chaoviet Travel Services. You will indemnify and hold harmless Chaoviet Travel and our directors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, including, but not limited to, all legal costs, attorneys' fees, settlement costs, and other losses.
8.2 In the event of a claim brought by such third party, Chaoviet Travel may require you to defend any claim or action and to engage in any settlement negotiations. However, you may not take any action that may prejudice our rights without our prior written consent.

9. Termination
9.1 These Terms of Use will continue to apply between you and Chaoviet Travel until terminated by us. If you breach any provision of these Terms of Use, or if we deem it necessary in our sole discretion, we reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your use of the Chaoviet Travel Services, access to the Chaoviet Travel Platform, or your membership account without prior notice.
9.2 If these Terms of Use are terminated in accordance with Section 9.1, you agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will have no obligation or liability to you and may cancel any orders placed prior to termination without refund.
9.3 You acknowledge and agree that any provision of these Terms of Use, by its nature, may survive termination, including, but not limited to, the limitation of liability provisions.

10. Visas and Insurance
10.1 Regardless of your nationality or travel destination, you should be aware of the current entry regulations in effect at your destination. As visa and medical examination requirements may change without notice, we recommend that you confirm the current regulations before traveling.
10.2 For your own benefit, we recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance before traveling.

11. Dispute Resolution
You agree that the highest court in the jurisdiction of Chaoviet Travel's place of business shall be the first instance court for any disputes or conflicts arising from your use of Chaoviet Travel's services.

12. Other Matters
12.1 If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12.2 We may assign these Terms of Use or any rights and obligations arising hereunder, and may delegate any obligations under these Terms of Use to any third party. You may not assign these Terms of Use or any rights and obligations arising hereunder, directly or indirectly, without our prior written consent.
