Purchase Notice
➤ If you require a Chinese-speaking service for your chartered trips, please purchase a Chinese-speaking tour guide. ➤ Free airport transfers are included if travelers purchase the chartered trips; no additional purchase is required. ➤ The price includes fuel, tolls, parking, driver's food and accommodation, and tips. If you are satisfied with the driver's service, additional tips are welcome. ➤ During Vietnamese national holidays and the Lunar New Year period (from the day before Lunar New Year's Eve to the sixth day of the Lunar New Year), there will be a holiday surcharge of 800,000 VND per day, this surcharge needs to be paid directly to the driver. ➤ Chartered vehicle can use 12 hours per day (counting from 10:00 AM at the latest). If over 12 hours, an overtime fee will be paid to the driver in the equivalent amount of Vietnamese Dong: Standard 29seater 300,000VND/hour Standard 35seater 400,000VND/hour Standard 45seater 500,000VND/hour ➤ Each vehicle has passenger and luggage limits. Please be aware of any excess luggage. If you exceed the limit, please contact Chaoviet to purchase an additional airport transfer vehicle for luggage transportation assistance. Standard 29seater, 28 passengers, 40 pieces of luggage Standard 35seater, 34 passengers, 50 pieces of luggage Standard 45seater, 44 passengers, 60 pieces of luggage (Luggage under 24 inches = 1 piece per case, 26 inches = 1.5 pieces per case, 28 inches or larger = 2 pieces per case) ➤ For chartered car serving outside of the main areas, an additional fee of 800,000VND will be charged and paid to the driver. Important Booking Information
➤ For one-way airport transfers, eating and drinking are forbidden. Chartered vehicles are not subject to restrictions, but please ensure the overall cleanliness. A 20% cleaning fee of the daily chartered car will be charged if any messy conditions are found. ➤ Smoking and eating foods with strong odors, such as durian, are prohibited in all vehicles. ➤ If force majeure causes the original vehicle or driver to be unable to continue service, Chaoviet will arrange a replacement vehicle and driver. ➤ For groups without tour guide, Chaoviet will provide the contact information of the driver previously for easy communication. In case an emergent situation happens, travelers can contact Chaoviet for assistance.
